It all started with a great conversation with Linda. The application process at heyData was incredibly fast and straightforward, which impressed me. I was particularly inspired by:
- the many female colleagues in leadership positions,
- the company's commitment to diversity,
- and the sense that heyData is a place where you can grow personally and professionally.
When I joined, the Account Management (AM) department as it exists today didn’t even exist. I started as a Junior Account Manager and helped build the department from the ground up. Today, I’m proud to be the Team Lead for the AM team.
